The license fee paid by the customer is shared between our artist who owns the photos or video and the agency website that the artist uses to manage the photos and video collection. Once customers complete their payment, they can start using it in minutes. Usually, the artist retains the copyright on their contents, and the agency takes care of paper works, marketing campaigns, public relations, and finances.

To use photos or videos in your project.
All ALIVE UNITED photos and video content come with a standard license. This means that once the payment is complete, you can use photos/videos for a variety of purposes. It is a one-time payment so the content you already purchased can be used for an unlimited period of time. You don't have to pay the contributor royalties every time you reuse content. If you purchased a Merchandise Product for Resale license escalation and giveaway/sale license. Unable to download contents after purchased by money transfer or payable cheques
The money transfer and payable cheques will go through a verification process to verify the complete payment before letting customers download content from the website. Please send proof of payment such as a money transfer slip or a copy of the payable cheques on behalf of the company to this email: Support@aliveunited.com to confirm the complete payment. However, banking operations are beyond our control. The process might take some time. But once we have received the proof from you, we will use our best efforts to track down your confirmation of your payment from the bank and let you download the content as quickly as possible.

The file size submitted by the artist is in maximum resolution JPEG, MPEG. You can choose to buy any size you want. You can see sizes and prices on the details information of each content. For more information please visit our our pricing page. |

There are no advance package. Purchasing to access and download photos/videos based on your budget. Please pay only for the content you really need during that time. We do not have any obligation and annual advance payment. If you want to buy bulk of content, you can contact us for discounts. |
How do I download content after purchase?
After the payment is complete, you will see a page with links to access the download photos or videos. If you want to download the content again, you can do it in your "Download History," which can be found in your account menu on the top right corner of the page. |
Having problems with corrupted file
When the payment is complete, you will be able to download content. But if you downloaded the file but the file is corrupted or the download is incomplete. Please contact us with the content media number, order number, and your problem information. We will contact you back as soon as possible and do our best to deliver the complete files to you.
But if we found that the file has error technical issues. We will be happy to make a full refund to you. |
Upgrade to larger order/ additional licenses.
Yes. You can purchase it again with other sizes or additional rights. But you have to pay the full price because we do not have a price difference system. |
Can I editing photos and videos after purchased?

Forgot Email/Password

ALIVE UNITED passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and at least one number. A good password must be easy to remember, but must not use any personal information. It shouldd not contain your email address or subscriber name or using basic information such as date of birth, phone numer, etc. You should change your password regularly for your safety. |

What is an Artist?
“Artist” means the legal owner of the copyrighted arts and contents and has the sole right to permit the right to use the arts and contents in Thailand and other countries worldwide; and permits the company, as well as the customer and any other persons (through the sub-licensing of the company), for commercial or any other purpose whatsoever, to use the arts and contents by distributing and displaying the arts and contents through the system of ALIVE UNITED services by opening the artist’s account on the system; whereby the artist has entered into and agreed to comply with and be bound by this TOS for Artist. |
